WHEAT AND RYE
This will be the first year that New Tree Ranch will harvest our own biodynamic wheat and rye! We are looking forward to learning more about these amazing plants, focusing on identity preserved varieties. The next step is harvesting, threshing and winnowing the wheat. We are working with Honore Mill for the Spring harvest. Check them out here.
