Where Highland Majesty Meets Tranquil Luxury

Next summer, we invite two private groups to join us for an extraordinary one-week NewTree Ranch retreat in the heart of Scotland. Designed for up to 20 guests across 10 luxurious bedrooms, this experience brings together timeless beauty, elevated comfort, and the spirit of deep connection.

A Week of Presence, Adventure & Wellness

You’ll stay in one of the most magnificent private estates in the country, a grand baronial manor set on 20 acres of manicured gardens, forests, and loch side serenity. Whether you’re seeking adventure, rest, or simply space to be present, this is your invitation to slow down and return to what matters most.

Your Private Estate in the Highlands

Auchterarder House is a Scottish country house with a rich history dating back to 1832, when it was built by Scottish architect, William Burn, for Lt-Col.

This estate is a masterpiece of Scottish country living – grand and gracious, yet warm and welcoming.

  • Ten individually designed ensuite bedrooms with fine linens and plush bedding
  • Twice-daily maid service and attentive hospitality
  • Soaring ceilings, marble halls, roaring fireplaces, and light-filled gathering spaces
  • A private cinema, billiards room, sauna, gym, and multiple living areas for every mood
  • A dedicated team, including a private chef and full-service staff, ensuring every detail is seamless

Situated just one mile from the village of Auchterarder in rural Perthshire, Auchterarder House enjoys the privacy and tranquillity of 20 acres of stunning gardens and grounds including a beautifully kept lochan which is stocked with brown trout. Both Edinburgh and Glasgow airports are within one hours drive and there are good communication links with the A9 road to Perth and Stirling.

Sample Itinerary

Discover the true spirit of Scotland with a personalized itinerary crafted by NewTree Ranch – a journey that harmonizes nature, culture, and mindful rejuvenation. Immerse yourself in breathtaking landscapes, authentic experiences, and moments of pure renewal.

Each morning begins with the warm greeting of golden retrievers and a fresh seasonal breakfast prepared by our private chef. From there, your day unfolds naturally, no rush, no schedule unless you choose one.

All activities are optional and available throughout the week:

  • Horseback riding through Highland trails
  • Canoeing on tranquil lochs
  • Falconry training with majestic birds of prey
  • Off-roading adventures through wild Scottish terrain
  • Private garden tours and visits to historic estates
  • Sound journeys, wellness rituals, and breathwork
  • Massage and bodywork, bookable anytime
  • Family-friendly moments with our beloved ranch dogs
  • Evening gatherings from hog roasts to caviar tastings under the stars

And for those passionate about fitness, our signature Green Theory program is built into the mornings, a NewTree Ranch approach to wellness that blends movement with nature. Imagine breath-led stretching on the lawn, invigorating hikes through ancient woods, or strength sessions under the open sky. It’s a mindful, embodied start to your day, always optional, always surrounded by beauty.
