Confirmed bookings will receive the experience menu with the list of our preferred guides and their rates. The Barn offers two lavishly appointed bedrooms with organic Avocado Green mattresses, Frette luxury linens and pillow sachets filled with fragrant garden flowers. The two baths are overlooking the redwood trees and the lush forest. The Barn's chef’s kitchen boasts with state-of-the-art appliances and tools to help you enjoy preparing your meals with your fully-stocked pantry, coffee essentials and a freshly brewed tea steeping perfectly on your arrival. Practice in your private 1200-sq. ft indoor fitness center filled with gym and yoga equipments. You can also enjoy the heated outdoor porch overlooking the beautiful garden that you can enjoy all year round.

Spending time on your outdoor spa bath, Japanese Tea garden, and elevated fire pit while watching the enchantingly peaceful landscape is all part of The Barn experience.

The Garden offers a wide variety of activities for you and your family. Start your day by picking fruits and edible flowers in the garden. You’ll be treated with the sweetest plums, golden berries, raspberries, apples, figs and many more during harvest season!

Indulge in a seed-to-table culinary adventure - handpick your organic produce from seasonal crops in The Garden, enjoy eating it in your patio while watching the panoramic vistas of rolling green hills as your backdrop! New Tree Ranch is dedicated to sustainability of agricultural and forest lands. Here at the ranch, you can have a deeper understanding of biodynamic-farming, permaculture, vital water cycles, reducing carbon foot print and sustainability. Some of the regenerative and sustainable experiences include , tea making, bee rewilding, compost making, building living soils, sowing microgreens, tree planting & reforestation, and many more! Everything done on the property is in the spirit of learning to live a life that is in harmony with nature, adding to the beauty of this beautiful land.

There are a lot of fun activities to do at the ranch but the most invigorating is practicing the art of doing nothing. Bathe in the scents of the forest, wander around the garden, smell the sweet aroma of the flowers and encounter the shy hummingbirds trying to catch your attention, thanking you for your presence as you visit and expose yourself to the beauty of this sanctuary— the nature we call home at NewTree.

You will be provided with a ranch map with all of the outdoor facilities upon booking confirmation.

• Additional: Your Home - Please respect check-in/check-out times. - No unregistered guests or visitors allowed without prior consent. The maximum property capacity is up to 4 guests. - No parties or events are allowed. - No illegal substances allowed on the premises. - Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room and the outdoors. - Please take care of the furnishings. Damages exceeding the security deposit will be charged. - Please report the damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. - Please don’t rearrange the furniture. - Please close the Gym doors when not in use. - No smoking on the property. - Be wary of any personal inflammable electronics/appliances when you leave the house, especially during the fire season. - Dispose the garbage in the trash bin. - Please only put organic compost in the compost bin. - Do not put any stickers or plastics from food in compost. - This property currently has cellular with AT&T, for any other carriers you will need to connect to the high speed internet for phone service. Wifi and a landline are available for guest use. The Outdoors - Be respectful of the ranch wildlife. - Please deadbolt and latch all gates entering and exiting The Garden areas. - Keep a close eye on your children. - Do not leave your children unattended anywhere in the forest. - Please do not cut or pull any plants, crops, or flowers unless you are in a guided experience. - Relax and spend time with nature and the animals. - In-joy Your Stay! Waiver • Guests and participants understand that they are responsible for themselves during activities at the ranch. They voluntarily participate at their own risk and acknowledge the potential hazards involved, which may include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, bites or risks from wildlife, allergic reactions, physical or psychological injuries, drowning, and even death. Participants recognize that these risks may arise from their own actions, the actions of others, or conditions at the activity site. They hereby release and discharge NewTree Ranch from any physical or psychological injury that they may suffer as a direct result of their participation in the aforementioned activities, assuming all known and unknown risks associated with their participation.
