The Perfect Breakfast
Ingredients
- ½ cup sprouted buckwheat granola
- 1 cup fruit like bananas, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and/or raspberries
- ¾ cup plant based milk
- 3 T fermented coconut yogurt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- If you don’t finish your breakfast put it in the refrigerator and it gets better
all day!
