The Perfect Breakfast


  • ½ cup sprouted buckwheat granola
  • 1 cup fruit like bananas, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and/or raspberries
  • ¾ cup plant based milk
  • 3 T fermented coconut yogurt


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. If you don’t finish your breakfast put it in the refrigerator and it gets better
    all day!
